We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your tuition session. Our priority is the success and progress of the young people we support, and we are committed to doing everything we can to accommodate changes in your schedule.
Cancellation Terms:
- No Charge for Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: If you need to cancel a session, you may do so without any charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we regret that we may need to charge for the session. This is because we often need to compensate our tutors within this timeframe. However, please be assured that we will make every effort to reschedule your session at a time that works for you.
We want to emphasise that our goal is not to take money for sessions that do not take place. Our primary concern is the achievement and progress of the young people we serve, and we will do our utmost to rearrange sessions whenever possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a solution that ensures your child’s learning journey remains on track.
